Terms of Service

Huddle is operated by Clarzen Technologies. By downloading, creating an account on, or using Huddle, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Huddle, and legally able to enter into this agreement. Huddle is for personal, non- commercial use — one account per person, and you’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

You sign up with your phone number and a one-time code. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information on your profile. Don’t impersonate anyone, and don’t create an account on someone else’s behalf.

Huddle only works if people feel safe and respected. When you use the app, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate anyone.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit content, or anything illegal.
• Lie about who you are, or use someone else’s photos.
• Spam, advertise, solicit money, or promote other services.
• Share other people’s private information without consent.
• Use Huddle if you’re a minor, or contact minors through it.
• Try to hack, scrape, or disrupt the app or other users.

Breaking these rules can get your content removed and your account suspended or permanently banned.

You own the photos, text, and other content you put on Huddle. By posting it, you give us a limited licence to host, display, and share it within the app so we can actually show your profile to other users and operate the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we’re required to keep or that have already been shared with others.

To keep the community safe, we may review, moderate, or remove content that breaks these terms.

Huddle helps you meet people, but we can’t verify everything about everyone. We don’t run criminal background checks on users, and we can’t guarantee anyone’s identity, intentions, or conduct. You’re responsible for your own interactions.

Please use good judgement: meet new people in public places, tell a friend where you’re going, and never send money to someone you haven’t met. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them in the app.

Huddle is free to use, with optional paid plans (Plus, Premium, and Elite) and credits that unlock extra features. Purchases are billed through the app store you downloaded from (Google Play or the App Store) under their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Credits are for use within Huddle, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Because the app stores process billing, refund requests are handled under their policies.

We may change our prices or plan features over time. If we change the price of a subscription you hold, we’ll give you notice first.

Invite rewards. While Huddle is invite only, Premium can’t be bought. It’s earned by inviting friends or with a waitlist code. These rules apply:

• Your code. Every member gets a personal invite code. You can share it with as many people as you like.
• What your friend gets. A friend who creates a new Huddle account with your code gets 7 days of Premium. Each account can use one invite code, once, and only while signing up.
• When a friend counts. A friend counts toward your reward once their selfie verification is approved. Each friend counts once, even if they lose and later regain verification.
• What you get. Every 5 friends who count earn you 1 month of Premium. Keep inviting to earn more months, up to 6 months in total (30 friends). Friends who join after that still get their 7 days, but you earn no further months.
• How rewards are applied. Earned months are added to your account automatically. If you already have Premium or Elite, the new time starts when your current plan ends.
• Waitlist codes. People who joined our waitlist get a code by email for 3 months of Premium. Each waitlist code can be used once, by the person it was sent to.
• No cash value. Rewards can’t be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another account.
• Fair use. Inviting yourself, or using fake, duplicate, or bought accounts, is not allowed. We may remove rewards earned this way and take action on the accounts involved.
• Changes. We may change or end the invite program at any time. Premium you’ve already earned stays on your account until it runs out, unless it was earned against these rules.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, put others at risk, or misuse the service. Some provisions — like the disclaimers and liability limits below — continue to apply even after your account ends.

Huddle is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable and useful, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that you’ll find what you’re looking for. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Huddle isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users — online or in person.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of Huddle will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as Huddle evolves. If we make a significant change, we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Huddle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
